This product takes 2 weeks to be made and dispatched.

Print will be a stunning Giclée Fine Art Print on Hahnemühle German Etching paper.

How it works:
1.Pick your print size
Small: 8″ x 8″
Medium: 11″ x 11″
Large: 16″ x 16″

2. Pick your horse’s darkest colour – (i.e. not white)

3. Pick your horse’s white neck markings

There are two boxes to fill if your horse needs a combination of the available neck markings. Please select ‘not needed’ for any that don’t apply.

4. Pick your face markings
There are two boxes to fill if your horse needs a combination of the available face markings. Please select ‘not needed’ for any that don’t apply.

5. Pick your coloured markings
Please select ‘not needed’ if this doesn’t apply. There are three boxes to fill if your horse needs a combination of the available face

10. Leave us to work our magic and we will email a watermarked preview of your print before printing. This can take up to 5 working days.

Please note that this is not a commission and we are unable to customise beyond the following options. We cannot offer returns on personalised prints.

Ordering to the UK?

All of our parcels are sent with Royal Mail. For an additional cost, we can book a fully trackable courier service, please email hello@emily-cole.com (prices will vary).On occasion we may use a courier to ship out larger items for which the contact details provided with your order may be used for contact purposes only.

Ordering to outside of the UK?

All of our parcels are sent with Royal Mail on an internationally tracked service. Please be aware that some couriers are still experiencing delays due to Brexit and the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Your parcel may be subject to import or custom fees when it reaches its destination country. Please remember that the RECIPIENT is responsible for any import / custom fees and taxes. These charges ARE NOT included in the shipping cost at checkout. Any fees will be charged to you directly before delivery. You may wish to confirm these fees with your local postal system prior to ordering. Emily Cole Illustrations can not be held liable for any fee incurred and it is the responsibility of the recipient to cover these.

Returns and Cancellations

In the event that there is a problem with your order please get in touch with hello@emily-cole.com and we will be more than happy to help where possible. Problems with an order will be dealt with on a case by case basis and a replacement or refund will be arranged where appropriate.

Customers have 14 days after the date of purchase to cancel an order without reason and are entitled to a refund. If the order has arrived in that time they will have another 14 days upon giving notification to the seller to return their order. Refunds will be processed in 14 days of the returned items arriving back with the seller. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless there is a fault or problem with the product.
