In the event that there is a problem with your order please get in touch with Hello@emily-cole.com and we will be more than happy to help where possible. Problems with an order will be dealt with on a case by case basis and a replacement or refund will be arranged where appropriate.

Customers have 14 days after the date of purchase to cancel an order without reason and are entitled to a refund. If the order has arrived in that time they will have another 14 days upon giving notification to the seller to return their order. Refunds will be processed in 14 days of the returned items arriving back with the seller.

We kindly request that you retain and return in original packaging where possible.
