Ordering to the UK?

All of our parcels are sent with Royal Mail. For an additional cost, we can book a fully trackable courier service, please email [email protected] (prices will vary).On occasion we may use a courier to ship out larger items for which the contact details provided with your order may be used for contact purposes only.

Ordering to outside of the UK?

All of our parcels are sent with Royal Mail on an internationally tracked service. Please be aware that some couriers are still experiencing delays due to Brexit and the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Your parcel may be subject to import or custom fees when it reaches its destination country. Please remember that the RECIPIENT is responsible for any import / custom fees and taxes. These charges ARE NOT included in the shipping cost at checkout. Any fees will be charged to you directly before delivery. You may wish to confirm these fees with your local postal system prior to ordering. Emily Cole Illustrations can not be held liable for any fee incurred and it is the responsibility of the recipient to cover these.

Returns and Cancellations

In the event that there is a problem with your order please get in touch with [email protected] and we will be more than happy to help where possible. Problems with an order will be dealt with on a case by case basis and a replacement or refund will be arranged where appropriate.

Customers have 14 days after the date of purchase to cancel an order without reason and are entitled to a refund. If the order has arrived in that time they will have another 14 days upon giving notification to the seller to return their order. Refunds will be processed in 14 days of the returned items arriving back with the seller. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless there is a fault or problem with the product.
