Our Show Planner is designed to help you feel organised and prepared and leave you to focus on the Riding. In the new book format we have taken everything you loved about the original show planner and transformed it to be even better! Featuring a luxurious hard case and a grey elastic to secure in place.
The Show Planner takes you from the night before to the evening after and each section has space for 3 phases or classes. It helps you make note of everything from your number and section, to your warm up times and results. It even has space to record how the day went and the things you would like to work on in the future.

All of our parcels are sent with Royal Mail. All of our parcels are sent with Royal Mail on an internationally tracked service. Please be aware that some couriers are still experiencing delays due to Brexit and the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Your parcel may be subject to import or custom fees when it reaches its destination country. Please remember that the RECIPIENT is responsible for any import / custom fees and taxes. These charges ARE NOT included in the shipping cost at checkout. Any fees will be charged to you directly before delivery. You may wish to confirm these fees with your local postal system prior to ordering. Emily Cole Illustrations can not be held liable for any fee incurred and it is the responsibility of the recipient to cover these.

In the event that there is a problem with your order please get in touch with hello@emily-cole.com and we will be more than happy to help where possible. Problems with an order will be dealt with on a case by case basis and a replacement or refund will be arranged where appropriate.
Customers have 14 days after the date of purchase to cancel an order without reason and are entitled to a refund. If the order has arrived in that time they will have another 14 days upon giving notification to the seller to return their order. Refunds will be processed in 14 days of the returned items arriving back with the seller. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless there is a fault or problem with the product.
